BaseGuard1 Channels 6′ Length
The Baseguard1 Waterproofing System is an interior baseboard system designed to protect foundations from water seepage entering from where the slab meets the foundation wall. These hollow drain channels that make up the Baseguard1 system need to be applied with a water-resistant adhesive. The Baseguard1 Waterproofing System is the ideal choice for non-invasive basement waterproofing, particularly for monolithic slabs. The system will directly channel water from entry points in the foundation wall to the sump pump.
Product Description
The critical component that makes the Baseguard1 Waterproofing System so effective is its base component, the Baseguard1 Channels. Using a concave ribbed base to hold and compress against the wall, the Baseguard1 Channels prevent adhesive from escaping out, ensuring a completely waterproof seal that is long-lasting. At the top, an extended toe on the leading edge keeps the system facing upright and tight against the wall and adds another area for a watertight fillet of adhesive along its leading edge.
