Combined with the ICC-approved Simpson Strong-Tie® Universal Retrofit Foundation Plate (URFP) with inset sill plate flexibility, and SRS-1000 Epoxy Slab Lock, these components form a continuous load-transfer path from the sill plate to beneath the slab – delivering faster, cleaner, and stronger top-to-bottom stabilization than any other system on the market.
